Tip Nº 5: Learn to Slow Down...

When you feel you cannot stop thinking, when you cannot disconnect your head, when you live your life as a competitive race in which you "must" arrive on time to everywhere.....when you fill your day of stress and obligations ... when you cannot realize that on time, something happens to slow you down.... your body, your mind, your heart will tell you: do not rush, do not get anxious, relax, take a nap, rest, listen to the silence, do nothing... Sometimes you just need to slow down.
