Tips for a better life. Tip Nº 1: Planning your day the night before

Plan your day the night before... not early in the morning, just at night.

There is a big difference between planning at night and planning in the morning. When you plan your next day the night before, you will get the benefits of the dreams. When you sleep, your mind is caching all the information that you put in that paper. When you sleep, you process all what you have to do and when you get up, you just know what to do and do it. This is a great way to do what we really want to do, need to do or have to do.... and not get disturbed by what the others wants us to do. If you follow your plan, you will reach your goals. So, plan ahead to be succesful.
